Beat (eating disorders) One-to-One Web Chat

You can talk one-to-one with us using our secure instant messaging service. Beat’s advisors are highly trained, and available to talk to anyone affected by an eating disorder 365 days a year . We’ll listen to your concerns in a non-judgemental way, provide you with support, and help you to decide on your best next step.

Nature Unlimited: "We run sessions in woodlands across the Scottish Borders, ranging from employability programmes, community projects, mental health sessions to events such as team building & birthday parties."

Works+ : "We run 10-week projects with groups of 12 participants from across the Scottish Borders. Participants experience increased confidence, improved social skills and general wellbeing. Participants are then more able to find and sustain employment, further education or training. Works+ also offers a unique 12-month aftercare service."
