Lynsay Laird

CEO & Head Youth Wellbeing Coach

Since the Penumbra Youth Project closed at the start of 2018 I have been looking for a suitable platform to offer a similar service: evidence based, personable, 1-2-1 and group work for young people. As a youth wellbeing coach my aim is to ensure the foundations of my practice are evidence based, person centred, strengths based and solution focused. I am an accredited NLP practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching and I have a counselling skills membership with COSCA.

Kaye Forsyth

I have worked in the addictions and mental health field for over eighteen years. My background is in Criminology but I have predominantly worked as a drug and alcohol worker including mental health.

I am currently completing a Masters in Advanced Practice. I have a passion for Recovery and community cohesion which inspired me to create a community development agency; Serendipity Recovery Community Network. I believe Emotional wellbeing is crucial to supporting communities in behaviour change.

Susan Coltherd

I am a retired officer with Lothian & Borders Police (now Police Scotland).

Shortly before retiring I was employed as referrals officer within the Child Protection Unit and I am fully qualified in interviewing young people having completed my joint interview training, Domestic Violence/Abuse training, and also interview techniques for Vulnerable Adults. All my skills were utilised extensively within my attachment to the Unit.

I am glad to be supporting this venture and I believe my background in Child protection will be of assistance.

James Nichol

I am currently studying for my HNC in Social Services and I have lived experience of recovery: both addiction and mental health. I plan to use this knowledge to empower people to maintain their own recovery.

I am on the lived experience sub-group for the new Scottish drug deaths task force and I enjoy networking with other organisations to share knowledge and resources. I am the Health and Safety and Business Development officer.
